The house has clearly undergone a stunning renovation so the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and the communal space was so great for entertaining. I loved the fact that it is secluded and private but also that there are some lovely towns to visit nearby and some great restaurants to eat at within a short drive. I now have a young family and will certainly be returning to Le Cannelle if I get the chance, as it would be a great place for a family holiday!”

Luxus pur, beindruckend !!!!

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail, einfach was das Herz begehrt. Verbesserungswürdig aus meiner Sicht wäre, eine ordentlich dimensionierte Kaffeemaschine, die vorhandene ist für 12 Personen nicht ausgerichtet, mangelnde mobile Netzverbindung und teilweise Stromausfälle. Dieser führte zum Ausfall der Pumpe im Swimmingpool, daher kippte das Wasser. Für uns nicht dramatisch, den dies passierte 2 Tage vor Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Bitte dies als Verbesserungsvorschläge zu betrachten. Werde dieses Objekt jedenfalls Geschäftspartnern als auch Privat weiterempfehlen. mit freundlichen Grüßen

“Breath-taking house in the heart of Arezzo, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Such a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Le Cannelle was the perfect house for our group of friends and their children for the holiday that we all needed. The house itself is amazing, with everything you could possibly need and the décor is just stunning. Having the large pool and tennis court, which are very well maintained, were perfect to ensure that neither adults or kids were ever bored! You definitely need a car to get around but it’s not far to the local supermarket or nearby towns and the roads are very easy to drive on. The views from the house over the hills make it worth having to drive 10 minutes to the nearest town! We will definitely be coming back!”

Paradise!

We (family of 3) and 2 other families stayed in the residence from 27th July to 3rd August. The owner David and his daughter Romilly, were amazing, especially given the fluid situation we were in as a result of travel plans due to covid. The host Francesca was also extremely helpful. We were honestly blown away by the standard of house and facilities. For us it was absolutely perfect, as we were self contained and enjoyed the tennis, pool, tv room etc… It is quite remote, however, for us this is part of the appeal for us travelling to this area. We loved it and would have no hesitation in recomending and would certainly love to return soon! Thank you David, you have created a beautiful place

Magnifique propriété

Superbe maison magnifiquement rénovée dans un environnement exceptionnel. La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Nous étions un groupe de 10, adultes et jeunes adultes, et tout le monde a apprécié le séjour. Grande piscine avec magnifique vue. Court de tennis récemment rénové. La maison est isolée et très calme, commerces à une vingtaine de minutes de route. Vu la situation de la maison, peut-être pas l’endroit idéal pour faire des excursions si on veut éviter de longs trajets en voiture. Mais parfait pour se relaxer et déconnecter.

La cucina è super attrezzata e davvero non manca nulla. Vi assicuro che farsi un bagno in piscina o una partita a tennis circondati da un simile paesaggio è davvero impagabile. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto”.
